Paanch Amrit Abhishek is offered to the Lord Shiva @ Pashupatti Nath Kathmandu. As video graphy is not allowed at the place - team will provide you with following as confirmation

• proof of booking of puja @ your name - receipt given by the temple
• picture of pandit ji going inside to perform your pooja
• parasad - which inclds. a 5 mukhi rudrakha mala with some dry fruits in bag provied by the temple.
• picture after completion of puja

Note - there are no cameras allowed in the temple.
